Humans the supreme Intelligence and Billions of ideas

Human beings are considered the supreme intelligence on surface of earth, the powerful social animals species ever which have given vast advancement to socialization and in contrast they are the reasons for polluting the society, humans have got the power to bring changes in climates, control on animals, universe, and all creatures existed in the world and they have unearthed the peaks and deeps of the earth and sky.

Since origin of Human sapiens Billions of humans died with super minds but without using it, only those humans are still revitalized in the history who had a significant impact on societies, socially, religiously, ethically and technically.  Humans are as much as like stars in galaxies, only the brightness of those are sparking lights who unearthed new discoveries and enriched societies.

Some of humans believe that they are the same like other animals, I am strictly against this statement, because we as humans keep pets,  I have never seen any dog or cat keeping any human being as a pet. Humans are given the power of intelligence so they can know about universe, sciences and knowledge and exhuming many things which are facilitating them particularly like mediums of transportation, communication that brought ease in their life.

Small things create big difference, making spike hairstyle doesn’t make you intelligent, wearing French cut can’t bring any idea in your mind, wearing jeans or Kamees Shalwar (clothes in middle east and south Asia) can’t put something special in your mind or setting in BMW car or wearing Rado watch doesn’t bring charm and brilliance in your idea, although these are preferences and somehow it beautify your personality, and adds value to your life, that’s it, it doesn’t guarantee your success and doesn’t’ help humanity either.

The real success is when you use the penetrating intelligence (the super power) granted to you. Ideas can be given by anyone despite one’s background, race, ethnicity and Religion. I believe as many humans are here in the same amount ideas are existed. Millions of ideas are very productive, very few are heard and brought to practicality and the others are still in minds. In this world I believe every human have got distinguished skills and specific level of intelligence, but it will be foolishness not exploiting their intelligence.

Life of Perseverance

Dedicated to all those who are consistently getting failed

Written by Ali Zain

 GBI Scholar

It had always been my dream to go to the United States of America, to study there and to discover American culture. At the same time, I also believed that going to the US was not that easy. This thought, on the one hand, disappointed me and, on the other hand, it prompted me to consistently apply for other different overseas scholarships which included Russia, USA, Germany, Philippines, Norway, UK, Bangladesh Serbia and Sweden. During the course of this process, I wrote around forty plus essays, but these essays could not find favors with the scholarship selection committees. Our Vice Chancellor  Engineer Ahmed Farooq Bazai calls it Regret Files. As a matter of fact, I revised my personal statement for more than 60 times. Whenever my scholarship application could not get through with the scholarship selection committees, I would share it on the social media because, for me, the comments of my friends were supplementary sources of inspiration and motivation.

After making sixteen successive attempts to study abroad, ultimately, I availed and grabbed the opportunity to complete my dream and study in the United States of America. I went to Kelly School of Business, Indiana University, to attend GBI. The Global Business Institute (GBI) is run with the collaboration of the US State Department and The Coca-Cola Company. This multifaceted and impressive program was designed to give a select group of students from the participating countries in the Middle East, North Africa, and Near Asia the opportunity to learn about business in the context of American culture. In 2014, the selection process was highly competitive with more than 4000 students from Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, Pakistan, Palestine, and Tunisia applying for the 100 program spots.

During the course of this program, I put to memory the basic understanding of American business practices and pedagogy through an accelerated 3.5-week curriculum which was based on the core elements of the Kelley School of Business undergraduate program. The disciplines that we covered included Accounting, Communications and Presentation Skills, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Operations and Law and Ethics. In addition to the more traditional classroom sessions, a series of panels and site visits introduced me to a wide variety of entrepreneurial venture opportunities.

We worked in small teams on a group feasibility study project which culminated in a case competition style presentation of 15 minutes with 10 minutes of question and answer session with a panel of judges. There were 19 teams, 3 teams from each country. Experiences of several presentations combined with Coaches Pushups brought charms to our presentations, and, finally, we got 2nd place in all 19 teams. Our business idea was about Solar Energy Solutions, which was a great achievement for Pakistan and our University BUITEMS.

I also had the opportunity to look into the American culture through formal and informal interactive programming which included Culture night, karaoke and American Independence day. The program concluded with visits to Washington DC, White House, Capitol Hill, National Monument and museums. The program came to its end with a visit to Atlanta, and a meeting with The Coca-Cola Company CEO Muhtar Kent.

Why Creativity is so important to Homo sapiens?

Creativity is not just a talent you are born with, it’s something you practice”

We know that creativity is essential to success in any discipline or industry. According to a recent IBM survey of chief executives around the world, it’s the most sought-after trait in leaders today.
No one can deny that creative thinking has enabled the rise and continued success of countless companies, from start-ups. Obstacles and challenges throughout life are inevitable. However, when we make creativity a habit, we continue to learn new, resourceful ways of solving problems in our artwork, and in life.

In addition when we are executing any assignment Individuals use conventional solutions to solve the problem, adopting old classical methods meant to be left behind, we have been exposed to the digitized changing world, innovative solution is the source of competitive advantage. The ideas and thoughts coming up within situation and solving the issues in unique and easy way define your creativity. Without creativity there would be no innovation. We would continue to be cavemen. I prefer creativity, it brings intrinsic pleasure and benefits, it raises one’s aspirations, it improves ones achievements and skills, it unlocks ones imaginations and, brings about lasting improvements in the quality of one’s live. We have permission to take risks, try new things, and strip away inhibitions in a healthy way.

Being team leader it takes courage to bring up a new idea or a fresh perspective within a team.  Creativity is a mindset that needs to be championed and valued by the leader.

As we create, we plumb the depths of our being, accessing what we think and believe. The more we create, the more we discover and realize our habits, impulses, and desires. When we take the time and energy to develop our own ideas, we respect our inner nature and are better able to express ourselves to the world on a regular basis. Many leaders try to solve challenging problems using typical solutions, but teams can do much better in coming up with creative solutions to problematic circumstances. You have to believe in the competences of your team. Creativity is generated when you have a collaborative environment. Encourage your people to accept challenges as long as they take the appropriate steps to maximize success, failures will be seen as opportunities, for new learning, not blame.  Fear is on the other side of the coin from creativity.

Diversity of backgrounds, thinking, experience and culture is the key to creativity. You will get better ideas and ultimately more upside from a diverse team. Being creative makes us happy. Art is FUN, and doing anything that brings joy reduces our stress levels and improves our quality of life. What could be more important than that?

  by Ali Zain

Youth impact is youth oriented organization; it focuses on growth and development of youth, including leadership, education, capacity building, team work, social entrepreneurship, vision setting, career counseling. MARKHOR series is one of its products, through which youth of nations are inspired and they are directed to achieve their goals effectively.

Pakistan 1st National Wilderness based Youth Leadership conference MARKHOR13 held in Nathia Gali jungle 9000 ft above Sea level, Islamabad Pakistan. The conference headed by CEO of Youth Impact Abdul Samad Khan, an international American certified trainer from National Outdoor Leadership School U.S. (NOLS).

The outdoor conference was totally designed for competent youth from diversified regions of Pakistan, in conference various dialogues were arranged to highlight the major issues oppressing youth and achievable remedies to get rid of it. Moreover, the upraising Issues such as lack of worthy leadership, Education, Unity, Peace building, lack of Patriotism, stereo typing, prejudice, specific community hatred were addressed,  which proved to be the product of illiteracy and terrorism. The concept of global youth working together and impacting was gifted by the intellectual speakers and inspirational trainers.

Regardless of different ethnicity, cultures and faiths, we showed great enthusiasm and proved mutual understanding among us to eradicate the social glitches i.e. youth depression, prevailing illiteracy and our obligations towards society. Hence through an impressive activity of letters all the delegates imagined themselves in 2013, 2023, 2033, 2043 & 2053 to analyze their VISIONS and its execution as planned and then measured the success and failures.

The conference aggrandized my faculties and identified to me life in real. It was productive and accelerating forum which energized me to develop my horizon. The perception that serving locally and connecting globally is basically remedies to the obstacles.
